A sale can be completed by simply transferring the shares in the offshore company and by changing the directors of both the Thai and BVI companies.
The buyer can, of course, always designate his own preferred Thai shareholders, if he/she wishes.
The sale and purchase would, therefore, be easy and cheap because there are no registration fees and taxes and stamp duties payable.
The land will continue to be owned by the Thai company which is currently registered as the owner.
All common areas are held trough a Thai Company with a BVI holding company with each owner holding an equal share in the BVI company.

Plots 2 and 8 at 22,000 baht sq. wah or approximately 6.7, and 6.4 million baht respectively
Plots 3, 4 and 7 at 24,000 baht sq. wah or approximately 9.2, 9.8 and 8 million baht respectively
Plots 5 and 6 are above 80 m. from sea level and are for common area use.
