ti ringraziamo del tuo gentil pensiero.

 Viaggio un po’ turbolento causa brutto tempo e tempeste di Neve in Europa ma alla fine tutto ok.

Per quanto ci riguarda possiamo solo ringraziarvi di tutto Cuore per  il tempo che abbiamo trascorso assieme a te e alla tua dolce metà Penelope ( donna dolcissima )il nostro battesimo subacqueo non è stato solo positivo ma  fantastico, il tuo comportamento il tuo fare da come hai impostato il tutto già da subito, con una  copia di allievi fuori dalla norma…! possiamo solo complimentarti e ringraziarti, ci hai trascinato in un mondo nuovo stupendo da sogno come rinascere, quasi da prendersi a pugni e pesci in faccio per quello che si è perso  in tutti questi anni…! ( Lucaaaaaaa credici, ti invidiamo )

how are you? i have to apologise because i have been meaning to send this email for a few months now.. unfortunately life kept getting in the way...but here goes...

 

as usual we had a wonderful trip to Phuket... our friends on their first time loved every minute of it too.. everything connected to EDT was as usual a wonderful experience. EDT ..and your.. high standard of service keeps us not only as a returning customer, but as one only too happy to give extremely positive reviews and recommendations to people who are planning trips to Phuket. 

 

From being met at the airport by friendly smiling faces, to the complimentary drinks you provided for us (which were extremely appreciated) in the van on our hotel transfer. the drivers and guides on the tours were excellent, only too happy to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. it was just a pity that we did not get a chance to meet you and thank you in person. 

 

I cannot thank you enough for the flowers that you organised for my wife on our wedding anniversary, she was very surprised and suitably impressed. that truly was an awesome example of EDT's excellent attention to detail.

 

We are in the process of planning another trip back to Phuket in Sept/Oct this year, so i have no doubt that we will be in touch soon to start on some details. 

 

I have some friends going to Phuket (based on all the great things ive told them, and all my holiday pics they have seen) in August and i have told them about you and will be strongly suggesting when they plan that they sit down with me so i can help them plan a few tours etc that im sure you will be able to help them out with.

 

I am attaching a couple of pics so you can see the whole group that was there in 2012, and a pic just of my family so you can see who we are.

Getting a tour guide while in Bangkok was a brilliant idea. Thank you so much for that incredible recommendation!!:D

I didn't know who to tell, but Eric and I wanted the "powers that be" to know what a great job Pai does. Pai was an absolutely fantastic tour guide and such a gem to spend the day with!!:) We got to see/tour everything we hoped to and more. We also learned much about Buddhism and Thai culture thanks to Pai's knowledge and thoroughness. We had such a great time with her, Eric and I almost asked her to join us for dinner and drinks - she just felt like a friend by the end of the day!!:)

Scuba Diving Liveaboard to Similan Islands & Day tours to Phang Nga Bay

"La Thailandia è bellissima. Si mangia in modo fantastico e ha dei paesaggi meravigliosi. Phang Nga è affascinante da morire, sembra quasi di stare nella preistoria e ti aspetti che da un momento all'altro arrivi giù un uccello preistorico o qualche insetto gigante.
La crociera Pawara è stata meravigliosa. Il personale squisito e si mangiava davvero bene. Le immersioni saggiamente programmate in ordine di bellezza e tutte incantevoli.
Gorgonie gigantesche, spugne e coralli enormi, nuvole ma proprio nuvole intere di pesci. Mai visto tanti pesci tutti insieme in vita mia.
Le isole Similan sono stupende, non solo sott'acqua ma anche fuori. La spiaggia bianca, il mare di un celeste azzurro e trasparente.
Koh Thachai ..... che dire di Ko Tachai? L'immersione più bella della mia vita.
L'acqua era limpida con una buona visibilità."

Just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your help and last-minute request. We had a WONDERFUL time on both tours and today’s trip to Phi Phi was really a highlight as well. The guide Jams (sp?) was wonderful and really too care of us from start to finish.

We are very impressed with your level of service and will certainly recommend you to everyone who is planning to visit this area of Thailand. All of your employees did an excellent job! It was great you could accommodate another couple at the last minute too. Exploring James Bond Island, paddling in the big cave, seeing the fishing village and all the gorgeous scenery was fabulous!! Great review for Easy Day's Underwater Paparazzi Adriano Trapani, who acted as a private photo guide for Dr. Alex Tattersall on a Similan Island Liveaboard trip on board the The Junk.

"I was fortunate when I requested a private guide on a recent trip to the Similan islands that Adriano was available at this time. As an underwater photographer, I frequently need to request private guides as the one thing that is least conducive to getting good results is having to follow a group around with an overzealous dive master. Usually the private guides will show me a few interesting subjects but what made diving with Adriano different is that he himself is a talented photographer. This meant that he was able to not only find good subject matter but also understand when this subject matter was in potentially photogenic and accessible locations. This insider knowledge enabled me to maximise my photographic opportunities and I left Thailand with a very pleasing collection of images. I’d credit much of this to diving with Adriano. We got all the visa paperwork done and our translation and certifications were correct. Nim is having her medical soon and then it is just waiting. Meanwhile she has another 3 month tourist visa so will be coming out to Australia in the next couple of weeks

so, even though there are agreements before, as time came by and opinions are seek from friends who came back from there, opinions started to build up. Hope you understand the situation.

Anyway, I personally do enjoy the trip very very very much!! and i loved your tourist guides. they are simply awesome.

and they do treat tourists as we are close friends.

Thanks for your email. Yeah, we made it to the Pier without issues, thanks to my iPhone and Google Maps, and of course your directions! 

Phi Phi Premium Tour

The trip was awesome, we really enjoyed the Boat, we owned the air conditioned deck and it was awesome. Our Tour Guide James made the trip interesting too as he gave us tips and volunteered to take most of our family pictures. The only problem was there were a couple of Islands we didn't take off at, also we didn't see much of Maya Bay because the Boat was a bit fast when it passed by it. 

The Service btw was awesome, drinks, snacks, and even the sanitation of the premium deck was crisp! Can't complain. My wife and kid did enjoy it too. 

Also on our way back, we get the chance to watch a Movie that I missed to watch and thank God I was able too, on the Boat, heheh! All in all the trip was excellent. 

Though on our next visit, we will probably book something that will set our feet on to the Maya Bay's THE BEACH. hehe 

Anyway, Thanks again for the help Francesco. We will definitely contact you again on our next trip to Thailand, hopefully soon as my co-workers and I are planning to go to phuket sometime soon. Again, Thank you very much. PS. I will write a review sometime soon on TripAdvisor as promised.

Having recently returned from our stay in Phuket, I want to compliment you and your company for the very reliable service we received regarding return transfers from the airport to our hotel. Even though I made the booking well in advance there was absolutely no problem with us being met at the airport and picked up from the hotel. It certainly gave us a great deal of reassurance to know that we were in such reliable and capable hands.

Sunset Tour in Phuket

"Good Morning Francesco:

Hope that you are well.  It was great to meet you.
I have to tell you that we enjoyed Thailand and it was our favourite stop on our tour.
Tee was a absolutely wonderful guide.
I actually got sick when I arrived in Hong Kong - not sure what I ate along the way but it really set me back for 2 days.
But we were able to salvage a day in Hong Kong and see some sights.

I have friends that will be coming to Thailand in August for their 1st wedding anniversary so I told them about you and will forward your contact info to them
Their names are Lisa and Danny.  I think they want to do both Bangkok and Phuket and will be there for a week.
